Dj Services deposit

Service Description

PLEASE REACH OUT BEFORE BOOKING!! I offer DJ services for Wedding/Receptions, Birthdays, Zoom and/or Microsooft Teams parties, Corporate Events, Quinceañera and any other event you can think of for any size party small or large. I am an open format DJ which means I can play any genre. All services require a minimum of 2 hrs. Along with my DJ services I also offer uplighting in which can more flare to your event.

Cancellation Policy

To save date a non-refundable $100 deposit is required. Payments accepted are Cash & Digital payments (Credit Card, Online payment, Zelle, Cash App & Google Pay). The balance payment is due before the day of the event for all private events. This Agreement cannot be canceled or modified except in writing and agreed upon by both DJ and Client. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations initiated by Client. If the DJ cannot perform, a full refund will be issued including but not limited to deposit. If Client initiates cancellation less than 30 days prior to the event, the Client is responsible for the total fee OR may forfeit only the deposit by signing a new entertainment agreement performed in the next 6 months. Rescheduling of events shall be accommodated whenever possible and are subject to availability. IN LIGHT OF PANDEMIC, CLIENTS SHOULD ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH HOSTING IN-PERSON EVENTS.
